I found this interesting article on iPhone/iPod apps and was completely amazed. In recent years technology for digital music artist has insanely boomed into an infinity of variants, it's just applying the time and the creativity can flow anywhere you can take your fingers and imagination to. It's that simple, some may think that music production/creation is much easier nowadays and that is no understatement but we are also being exposed at a much younger age to basic knowledge of time and sound, so why is it so hard to believe that a 15 year old can create a masterpiece? All this is now reality and those who dare say that typing or tapping buttons is not real music or an instrument are just plain ignorant.. Welcome to the Present Future!

Well this is your chance, all you have to do is get your self noticed. We are looking for kidz with a sense of humor and good taste in music (mostly nu rave orientated but open to all kind of proposals (hate to call it nu rave but you know what I mean)). 2 Many DJ's - Live @ Creamfields (August 23, 2008)

Usually we post music and videos on here, this new post feels more fashion orientated though. It's a gadget that I've been personally waiting for.. the Aurora Mixer. What is the Aurora? Well it's a USB powered multichannel mixer in a typical dj form factor, with two linear channel faders, a single a/b crossfader and eight backlight knobs that allow you to control unlike most midi controllers enhancing performance with controllable ambient lighting. I guess if your like me and are using the M-Audio X-Session Pro midi-controller/mixer with Ableton Live for your DJ sets, the Aurora is amazingly more fun and fashionable to have.

Of course not everything is quite fashionable, example are these Ed Banger Records headphones (the "Ed Phones").. are you seriously milking the brand this way?
Anyways, I just wanted to share my feelings on some items.

Check this out, I just got another Nu Kidz logo submission in my email and wanted to share it with all of you! This one was submitted by Tania & Mundo and it's clearly more creative than the one yours truly made pasting two images together in photoshop (referring to the boombox image with the name across it), my apologies my graphic design intuition is a little off. My friend Tony Tee just hit me with some exciting and interesting news. Rising stars the Disco Villains from the Sonora/Arizona area are a mixed breed of urban electro kidz that are banging out great tunes.

Disco Villains are grabbing attention from top artists such as non-other than The Justice as Busy P likes to call them. A couple of weeks ago a Disco Villains remix was played by Justice in a DJ set for Radio 1 in Ibiza, that's just fucking awesome.

In the words of Tony Tee himself:
"This is pretty special to us, considering that no other Mexican act has gotten played by any of the big electro artists such as Justice"

Here's the track played and my favorite remix from the DV's from a track by Lazaro Casanova who by the way is playin' this Saturday at Aura in Monterrey, so get ready!
