The Twelves and Beski for Nu Kidz

First of all, big thanks to Mr. Easy for inviting me (Beski) to collaborate with the Nu Kidz blog! I won't be around that often but I will sure give you quality each time I'm here. The time thing is cuz I'm a DJ and producer so... pretty much you get the point.

So let's go straight to the bottom line. Good music. For my first blog I didn't know who to talk about, 'til I saw the next remix on my library. It's from the The Twelves, a Brazilian duo who I think are making stylish seem old-fashioned... which is impossible! So check this track out!

Drop The Tough (The Twelves B-LIVE Remix) - Groove Armada

And wait... there's more good music. Actually, thanks to this blog I've realized I have actually mixed these Brazilians on my latest mixtapes, so to show you what I do here's my latest promo 20 min. minimix which I have to say is really fantastic (I'm being sincere not cocky) and gives you another taste of these guys from Rio!

Spring 2009 Minimix by Beski

And if you liked my stuff... well, visit MySpace! There's more good music and also new videos from my latest performance at the Boys Noize After Party in Baja. So... I hope to make you dance soon!

Cheers!
Beski

Guess who's back?

Apart from me getting back on the blog, Danger has just announced a new album called EP 2. Since the beginning of Nu Kidz blog we've posted a lot of Danger's awesome material, the sound always makes me feel like I'm taking a journey into this fast paced 8 bit world where analog creatures roam around, want to take a ride?

Danger - 88h88 (Stage 3 The Club Remix)

And due to my absence here's a bonus track, a remix from The Teenagers of "1901" new single by Phoenix to get yourself motivated through the week, friday is always around the corner so start warming up kidz, part of the weekend never dies!

Phoenix - 1901 (The Teenagers Garage Band Remix)

Return of the Tak....

Alrighty internet is back up, but before we plunge into the tunes, the image above is a t-shirt that is for sale at Threadless They have some amusing tees, so Ill be posting up some of the prints.

Alright so since I havent posted in a minute Im gonna hit ya off with a wad of tasters and tracks.

First off is what in my opinion a brilliant producer, Zodiac Cartel.
This jam is set to be released on April 20th on U&A Recordings. This tune to me is a housey fidget sound. Zodi dont play that!

We Don`t Play That [TASTER] by Zodiac Cartel

This remix is set to be realeased on Calvertron's label"Jack Knife" early March/April. This one is a darker tune with a tech flavor to it, more on the usual Cartel sound we all know and adore.

Calvertron - Doggy Style (Zodiac Cartel Mix) [TASTER] by Zodiac Cartel

This next taster is from Guido van Santen formerly known as the "The Fidgitive". This remix has an awesome old school flavor in the breakdown almost freestyle. The vocal is editing makes this tune makes you feel warm and fuzzy.

Allard Whitehead - Sound of Silence (Guido van Santen Remix) myspace cut by thefidgitive

Mr. G to the V S has a new EP that just dropped on the 12th of this month titled "Body Shaker" released on Peak Hour Music/Swag Factory. Below is a remix by Jaimie Fanatic of "What The Oh"

Guido van Santen - What The Oh (Jaimie Fanatic Oh Shit remix) cut by thefidgitive

This is the original mix of "What the Oh"

Guido van Santen - What The Oh! cut by thefidgitive

Now this remix is as tough as they get! It has a kick ass acid trip on the breakdown. This is already released on Lektroluv there is also a Bloody Beetroots remix out.

Sound Of Stereo - Heads Up (Mightyfools Remix) by Mightyfools

Here is a crazy video of Bloc Party's "Signs" remixed by Armand Van Helden.

La Tempestad by Nu Kidz

JFK) y Alex Puodziukas (a.k.a. ALP).
